About the role
OX2 is looking for a technical asset manager for our clients' assets. You will have an important role in our technical team, where we strive for long-term and efficient growth in the management of large-scale wind farms and battery energy storage systems (BESS). This position is open for several locations in Finland.
The main responsibilities of the role include
- Be responsible for the technical aspects and the follow-up of the wind farms and BESS that we manage, and together with our commercial asset managers ensure complete asset management delivery.
- Ensure efficient and proactive operation of the assets together with experienced colleagues through planning, analysis, and follow-up of the technical aspects.
- Follow up the performance of the service providers for wind turbines, BESS, grid and civil works.
- Solve complex technical problems and participate in technical investigations together with our analysts and other specialists.
- Follow up on technical contractual topics for the assets, including support with questions regarding warranties and claims.
- Follow up on legal compliance in the customers' assets together with our HSE team.
- Plan and perform inspections of wind turbines, BESS and sites.
- Plan the annual operations of the assets together with our commercial managers.
- Participate in initiatives for process development within the team.

About you
We believe that you are a self-directed person with a high sense of ownership for what you do. You are a good communicator and will take lead on technical questions to enable a high-quality delivery to our customers by the support from knowledgeable colleagues.
Your qualifications and experience
- As a minimum 1 -3 years of relevant work experience
- Relevant technical training
- Physical capability for working at heights
- Good language proficiency in Finnish and English, both in speech and writing is a must.
- Good knowledge of IT systems and the Office package, especially Excel
- Hands-on and solution-oriented mindset with high sense of ownership
- Driver's license
Experience in the following areas is highly valuable but not required
- Experience with any of the following turbine manufacturers: GE, Nordex, Siemens and Vestas
- Experience from coordination of technical issues
- Good language proficiency in Swedish
- Training in electrical safety and experience from electrical operations
- GWO training certificates
