We're looking for a dedicated Client Advisor to strengthen our team in Stockholm. Maybe that's you?

We combine the latest tech with human-centered design to offer highly intuitive and efficient EV chargers that ensure easier access to personal electric transport.

Within just a few years, we've built our domestic market-leading position by supplying superior charging installations for housing co-ops and private homes alike.

As a Norwegian EV pioneer, our goals are aimed at bringing the best charging technology to the rest of the world. Are you up for this challenge?

As a Client Advisor, you will play an essential role in our growing Stockholm office, supporting our customers with the installation and use of our chargers. As Zaptec rapidly expands internationally and our production scales, we need more talented Client Advisors to ensure our customers continue to feel supported and at ease.

In this role, some of your tasks will be to

  • Handling incoming and outgoing customer inquiries.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Providing online and offline customer onboarding.
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks that arise within the technical support team.
  • Contributing to the key objectives (KPIs).
