YOUR MISSIONS

Voltalia's subsidiary for the O&M and EPC third party services is looking for an O&M Contract Manager to be involved on a portfolio of projects across all energies and geographies within O&M Business Line, supporting the project team on contractual and legal aspects. You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Define contractual strategies and support operational teams.
  • Participate in Operation & Maintenance offer preparation and client negotiations.
  • Review contracts, identify risks, and propose mitigation measures.
  • Lead negotiations with clients and service providers, including drafting and validating contracts and amendments.
  • Ensure legal and internal compliance, managing documentation and approval processes.
  • Monitor contract execution: milestones, deliverables, payments, guarantees, and variations.
  • Handle deviations, disputes, and regulatory changes, ensuring profitability and compliance.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and assist in conflict resolution.
  • Deploy tools for traceability and contract lifecycle management

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • Degree or master's degree in Law or Engineering.
  • General knowledge of the renewable energy sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract management.
  • General knowledge of finance and project management.
  • French and English language domain.
  • Availability for national and international travels.
