Would you like to be part of our business unit, with end-to-end responsibility for revenue, cost, and profitability drivers in Northern Europe? European Energy is a green company with exponential growth. We develop, construct, and operate wind, solar (PV), and energy storage globally as well as green hydrogen / Power-to-x. Your New Team
The Business Unit Northern Europe consists of 75 colleagues based in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and the Netherlands. We focus on the development, construction, and operation of onshore/offshore wind, solar parks, and battery systems across the market, working closely with internal and external partners. We are also exploring areas of microgrids and datacentres.

As a Senior Business Developer, you will play a key role in driving growth and ensuring the sustainable development of our business unit. You will help shape and implement strategies that align with evolving ways of working in a dynamic marketplace. Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative solutions that integrate technology and assets to meet evolving market needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while staying ahead of technological advancements.
- Coordinate and facilitate collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success.
- Promote and implement new ways of working to optimise business, processes and enhance efficiency.
- Prepare and manage high-quality materials for business unit meetings and engaging with external partners.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Business Development, Energy Management, Energy Systems, or similar.
- You have 7-10 years of relevant experience.
- You have a solid understanding of business development, project scope, and economics.
- You are proficient in English and Danish, orally and in writing.
- You have strong IT skills, including extensive experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Copilot, and other project management tools.
- You have excellent communication and facilitation skills in Danish and English, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
You add quality, critical thinking, structure, and professionalism, and you are proactive and diligent in your approach. You thrive in an international company with a dynamic and varied workday and enjoy having a broad network across the organisation.
