Your new role

The IT Support team consists of a Team Lead, three IT Supporters, one Application Manager, one Tech Lead, and two students who split their time between working at European Energy and attending school. The team is young, innovative, and works in an open office environment.

As our new IT Supporter, you are motivated by delivering excellent service and a great user experience in our IT ServiceDesk together with the team. You will play a central role in the daily IT support, and your primary tasks will be to assist users and ensure high-quality support.

A typical day for you

  • Handle user support and manage incoming requests in the ServiceDesk
  • Perform onboarding of new users in Azure AD and Microsoft 365
  • Conduct onboarding days for new employees
  • Create user guides and documentation for colleagues and the company
  • Set up and install PCs, smartphones, printers, etc.
  • Ensure a solid IT platform and stable systems
  • Provide on-site support for colleagues at the HQ office in Søborg
  • Provide remote IT support for colleagues across the organization, both in Denmark and internationally
  • Handle tickets in the ITSM system
  • Support Print & FollowMe solutions

  • have an education as an IT Supporter, IT Technician, or similar
  • have experience with a wide range of IT hardware and software
  • have solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Windows, Office 365, and Azure
  • are service-minded and used to delivering a high level of customer service
  • are curious and eager to learn about new technologies and opportunities
  • are proficient in both English and Danish
