We're hiring a Sales Recruiter to help scale elite Solar Consultants across our East Coast markets. This is a sales-minded role for someone who wants ownership, influence, and uncapped upside.

The Role

Sales Recruiters identify, attract, and qualify top sales talent. This includes outbound sourcing, screening for sales aptitude and cultural fit, and preparing candidates for interviews and training so they hit the ground producing. Sales Recruiters own a market, partner closely with sales leadership, and drive hiring outcomes that directly impact revenue.

Compensation
