Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Support Team Leader who will play a key role in strengthening our sales operations, ensuring seamless contract management, and supporting both internal teams and external partners. This is a dynamic position for someone who enjoys improving processes and is ready to take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities that impact business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Sales Support team, ensuring smooth task planning, workload management, and consistent achievement of KPIs
  • Strengthen daily collaboration with Sales, Origination & Trading, Legal, and other internal departments to support the full sales cycle
  • Provide guidance and support to the team throughout the offering and pre-sales process
  • Manage the full lifecycle sales and commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts and annexes
  • Supervise the collection, verification, and evaluation of client data required for contract signing or updates, including assessment of financial credibility and TAX ID checks
  • Oversee settlements for partners and support accurate commercial calculations
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure all client, partner, and contract records are regularly updated and reliable
  • Supervise preparation of sales analyses, departmental reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive process improvements, implement enhancements to sales operations, and propose innovations in pre‑sales services

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in sales support, customer support or back office role
  • Previous team leadership or coordination experience
  • Native Polish speaker and English at communicative level
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, contracts, and CRM systems
  • Profficiency with MS Office package - especially excel
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and sense of responsibility
  • Communication and stakeholder management abilities
