Are you motivated by leading high-performing teams and passionate about advancing technology-driven services within renewable energy? PEAK Wind is seeking a Head of Technology to set the strategic direction and lead our Technology Business Area.
As Head of Technology, you will lead PEAK Wind's Technology area, which bridges the gap between development and operations with technology-focused services to deliver quality asset management and optimal performance. You will lead a team of 40+ highly skilled professionals organised across four practice groups covering Wind Turbine Engineering, Balance of Plant Engineering, SCADA & Cyber Security, and Data & Intelligence. All Practice Group Leads report directly to you.
You will report to the CEO and become a member of PEAK Wind's Executive Management team, where you will contribute to setting the overall strategic direction and shaping our future growth.
How You Will Make an Impact
As Head of Technology, you will drive the strategic development and operational excellence of PEAK Wind's technology services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Setting and executing the strategic direction of the Technology Business Area, ensuring strong alignment with PEAK Wind's overall strategy within consulting, as well as asset and operations management for renewable energy assets
- Leading, developing, and inspiring a high-performing organisation of Practice Group Leads and specialists, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensuring delivery of high-quality, value-adding technology services to clients by translating complex technical insights into actionable solutions that improve asset performance, availability, and lifetime value, while driving strong team performance and execution.
- Driving commercial growth of technology services by owning and leading sales efforts, including shaping compelling value propositions, engaging directly with clients at a senior level, leading sales processes, and converting strategic opportunities into profitable, long-term contracts.
- Driving innovation, digitalisation, and technology adoption, including data, analytics, SCADA, and cyber security, strengthening PEAK Wind's competitive edge and supporting scalable, profitable growth.
