Job Description

To manage Alpiq's Green Power assets portfolio in Europe, we are looking for a Head Asset Management.

You will lead a pan European organisation comprising asset managers in the various countries where Alpiq active is (CH, ES, IT, FR, Nordics and new countries with assets under development), covering various assets and technologies: Wind, PV, BESS, green H2, small hydro and new green energy solutions.

You will structure the Asset Management and O&M expertise within Alpiq's Unit Green Power, define best in class standards for all the geographies and ensure application of Alpiq's Health&Safety and Cybersecurity standards.

You will identify and orchestrate, with local asset managers, asset performance improvement projects like wind farm repowering.

The role demands leadership, a strategic mindset, technical expertise, and strong organizational skills.

Regular travel to assets sites and stakeholders' locations are required.
