Job Description
The Onboarding and Experience Planner will be responsible for supporting the Onboarding and Experience Manager and the SPD Management team to create and implement a seamless onboarding and early learning experience for applicable new employees, with a view to recruits being able to add value to the Licence quickly. Focussed on initial 6 months, but will be capable of working with stakeholders to outline and set in motion a typical first 2y.
The role is critical to the implementation and success of SPD's workforce renewal and growth plans, specifically delivering an efficient centralised early learning process for high volumes of 'bulk role' recruits.
What you'll be doing
- Meticulously plan and ensure completion of key onboarding deliverables with all the associated inputs being tightly coordinated, including attendance compliance
- Proactively manage complex series of existing (and create new) processes, on and off system, between P&O, Licence managers, and other SPEN business departments
- Contribute to the teams general operations with tasks including accurate preparation of reports, scorecards
- Maintain and manage any departmental contacts, responding to requests and queries from line managers, new recruits and other SPEN or Corporate departments.
- Consult with and provide support to line managers on the onboarding and early learning process
- Develop, maintain, and enhance relations with key business stakeholders
