Responsibilities
- Drive Global Sourcing critical analysis in the space between Finance and Global Sourcing
- Support cost-out idea development, analysis and tracking within the field between Global Sourcing and
- Maintain and improve existing Global Sourcing tools supporting value generation
- Support the link between Global Sourcing and central BI teams
- Ad hoc tasks and analysis with the aim of securing continuing strong
- Global Sourcing deliveries via challenging the organization with data-driven questions/inputs
- Support to monthly closure of PPV, OPEX etc.
Our requirements
- A relevant master's degree in Finance, Controlling & Accounting and Economics.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Min. 3 years of finance experience, however depending on previous area of responsibility
- A global mindset and a desire to work in a diverse environment.
- Resilience, resourcefulness, and energic and dare to challenge conventions.
- Self-motivation and results orientation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with working in a flexible and fast-changing environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, mainly Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
