Hast du Lust, mit uns deine ersten Schritte in der Windbranche zu gehen und wertvolle Erfahrungen zu sammeln? Im Bereich Projektmanagement unterstützt du unser Team in unserem Regionalbüro in München als Werkstudent (all genders). Du übernimmst frühzeitig Verantwortung für vielfältige Aufgaben und Projekte, wobei du aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Windparkprojekte beiträgst und Einblicke in die Planung und Umsetzung von Windenergieanlagen erhältst.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt das Projektmanagement- und After-Sales-Team bei der Steuerung von Windenergieprojekten, im Projektcontrolling sowie bei der Erfüllung von Genehmigungsauflagen wie Schallvermessungen und Fledermaus-Monitoring
  • Du hilfst bei der kontinuierlichen Pflege von Projektdaten und Prozessbeschreibungen sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung und Neuentwicklung von Projektmanagement- und Datenerfassungstools
  • Du übernimmst Rechercheaufgaben, analysierst neue Themenfelder und bereitest die Inhalte auf
  • Du arbeitest in interdisziplinären Teams und erhältst Einblicke in alle Phasen der Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines Windenergieprojekts

Das bringst du mit

  • Du studierst Erneuerbare Energien, BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder ein technisches Studienfach und hast großes Interesse an der Windenergie
  • Du lernst schnell und setzt dich mit Leidenschaft dafür ein, die Erneuerbaren Energien voranzubringen
  • Du hast sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel); weitere IT-Kenntnisse (z. B. Datenbanken) sind von Vorteil
  • Du bist kommunikativ, arbeitest gerne im Team und verfügst über eine eigenverantwortliche, gewissenhafte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Du beherrschst Deutsch auf C1-Niveau
  • Verfügbarkeit: ab sofort, bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche, für einen Zeitraum von 12 Monaten
