Die BayWa r.e. Operation Services GmbH deckt das breite Spektrum der kaufmännischen und technischen Betriebsführung von erneuerbaren Energieanlagen ab. Dazu gehört unter anderem im kaufmännischen Bereich das gesamte Rechnungswesen, Reporting, Liquiditätsplanung, Vertragsmanagement und Betriebskostenoptimierung für die betreuten Betreibergesellschaften. Unter unseren Kunden finden sich Fondsgesellschaften, Bankunternehmen, internationale Investmentgesellschaften und gemeinschaftsbezogene Energiegenossenschaften.
Aufgrund unseres dynamischen Wachstums suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams einen Commercial Manger:in (all genders) in der kaufmännischen Betriebsführung.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du fungierst als zentraler Ansprechpartner für kaufmännische Themen der zu betreuenden Gesellschaften
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Rechnungsprüfung und den Zahlungsverkehr sowie die Liquiditätsplanung der zu betreuenden Gesellschaften
- Du betreust das Reporting von Finanzzahlen an Kunden und Banken
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für verschiedene Stakeholder wie z.B. Buchhaltung, Versicherung, Behörden, Verpächter und Wartungsunternehmen
- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle für die Buchhaltung in kaufmännischen Fragen
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen
- Du bist für das Vertragsmanagement verantwortlich
- Du verantwortest den schriftlichen Austausch mit unseren Vertragspartnern
Das bringst du mit
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (im kaufmännischen Bereich, Betriebsführung, Controlling, o.Ä.), idealerweise im Bereich der Erneuerbaren Energien
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und eine Affinität für Zahlen
- Kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
