Job Description
We are looking for a Global Operations Advanced Analytics Lead to partner with senior stakeholders across our global Operations organization and drive data driven decisions at scale.
This role sits in Operations and works cross functionally across manufacturing, supply chain, QHSE, NPI/Lean, and automation. It combines hands on analytics (SQL/Python), building repeatable analytical frameworks, and executive level storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Manufacturing & footprint analytics (capacity, cost, landed cost, cross site optimization)
- End to end supply chain and logistics analysis
- Business cases for automation, robotics, and AI investments
- NPI manufacturing cost & CAPEX analysis
- Quality cost analytics (COPQ, deviations, preventive & corrective actions)
- Creation of recurring, scalable analytics (weekly / monthly / quarterly)
Our requirements
- Advanced SQL and Python (Pandas)
- Strong BI & data visualization skills
- Experience in cloud environments (Azure / AWS / GCP)
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
- Nice to have: AI/ML exposure; manufacturing or supply chain background
