Your mission

  • Work closely with Sales, SCM, and Application Engineers to coordinate project data and planning.
  • Coordinate, execute, and supervise projects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Initiate project approvals with the approval committee.
  • Act as the customer-facing representative and main contact person for the internal project team.
  • Schedule, monitor, and report on project progress, milestones, costs, and resources.
  • Intervene directly in case of risks and identify alternative solutions.
  • Prepare project plans and risk registers, including deriving measures and tracking deadlines.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with project participants, conduct status meetings, and provide weekly reports on ongoing projects to the Head of Project Management.
  • Manage conflicts and motivate the project team.
  • Drive process optimization initiatives.
  • Implement lessons learned, including deriving measures and analyzing post-calculations.

Your profile

  • Completed degree in Business Administration or comparable training with further qualification in Project Management.
  • Technical expertise in metal construction.
  • Several years of proven project management experience.
  • Broad process and methodological knowledge in project management.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and structured way of working.
  • Very good command (C1) of English AND German, both written and spoken.
  • Solid IT skills (Windows, MS Office, SAP).
