We are now looking for a Product Marketing Manager for Volue Data & Forecasts who is excited to help us strengthen how we deliver value to our customers in line with the Volue mission. This entails developing and executing the product marketing plan and associated campaigns and activities. You will lead and shape product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution by translating market and customer insight into compelling narratives, and support Sales with clear, compelling collateral that helps them succeed. To achieve this, you will work closely with colleagues across Product, Growth Marketing, Analysis, and Customer Success to strengthen pipeline, adoption, and long-term customer growth.

What you will be doing to make a difference

  • Positioning & messaging: Develop and refine product value propositions, personas, and messaging frameworks that clearly articulate customer outcomes, value, and differentiation for Data & Forecasts solutions.
  • Go-to-market & launches: Plan, coordinate and deliver tiered product launches across channels (web, email, events, social) with measurable outcomes.
  • Sales enablement: Create sales collateral, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, and talk tracks. Support Sales Enablement with content input for training sessions.
  • Market & competitive insight: Gain and maintain a deep understanding of target markets, competitor landscape and customer segments to ensure messaging is relevant, compelling, and insight-driven.
  • Campaign partnership: Collaborate with Growth Marketing on integrated campaigns that generate and nurture qualified leads for Sales.
  • Digital presence: Keep product pages and campaign content current, benefit-driven, and SEO-optimized.
  • Customer advocacy: Source references and success stories, and support events and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Metrics & reporting: Track launch and campaign performance, pipeline influence, and adoption KPIs, and report regularly to the Team Lead.

What you need to succeed

  • Around 4+ years of experience in B2B product marketing (or a closely related GTM role) for software, data, analytics, or SaaS products, ideally in complex or technical domains.
  • Experience and knowledge of the energy industry and/or IT/software industry is beneficial.
  • Strong ability to translate market and customer insight into clear positioning, compelling messaging and engaging stories that resonate with specific personas.
  • Proven experience contributing to go-to-market plans, launches and sales enablement assets that support pipeline creation and commercial success.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Growth Marketing, Analysis and Customer Success.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). You enjoy crafting everything from narrative frameworks to crisp one-pagers and campaign copy.
  • A structured, results-oriented mindset: you enjoy setting goals, measuring impact and iterating based on data.

The position reports to the Product Marketing Team Lead and cooperates closely with Product, Growth Marketing, Sales, Analysis and Customer Success. We are looking to hire for the Volue office in Madrid, Gdansk, or Istanbul but will consider other locations for the right candidate.
