Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to work at the forefront of the global energy transition? PEAK Wind is seeking a O&M Contract Manager who is motivated to create value through strong contract ownership, supplier performance management, and commercial oversight of offshore wind operations.
You will join our APAC team, where we collaborate to support renewable energy projects across the region. Our team consists of highly motivated professionals with diverse backgrounds and a strong commitment to operational excellence. You will work closely with the Operations & Maintenance organisation to support the commercial management of major offshore wind assets in Taiwan. In this role, you will collaborate with technical specialists, operations teams, and service providers to ensure effective contract governance and contractor performance management.
How You Will Make an Impact
As an O&M Contract Manager, you will contribute directly to the safe, reliable, and commercially optimised operation of the wind farm.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Contract ownership and governance
- Acting as contract owner for selected O&M service agreements
- Ensuring contractors comply with contractual obligations and performance requirements
- Managing variations, warranties, claims, and commercial issues
- Maintaining contract registers and governance processes
Contractor performance management
- Monitoring contractor KPIs and service delivery performance
- Driving contractor performance aligned with asset availability and reliability targets
- Supporting resolution of performance issues and contractual disputes
- Identifying and managing supply-chain and service-provider risks
Operational commercial support
- Working closely with technical and operational teams to understand the commercial impact of operational decisions
- Supporting the transition from construction to operations, including contractor ramp-up and implementation of contract-management processes
- Contributing to commercial reporting related to O&M contracts

- Experience in contract management, contractor management, or commercial roles
- Experience in renewable energy, offshore wind, utilities, infrastructure, or industrial service environments
- Experience managing service agreements and supplier performance
- Understanding of how contractor performance impacts asset performance and operational risk
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary O&M environment
Experience in offshore wind O&M or service environments is highly advantageous.
