We are looking for two Senior Operation Engineers to support our team. The work has to be executed in various locations at Taiwan's west coast according to the projects. It will be a full-time permanent employment contract. Start at the earliest possible date.

Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a comparable field
- experience in HV/MV grid operations, preferably in offshore wind
- Sound knowledge of SCADA systems and grid communication protocols
- Familiarity with switching operations under TSO regulations
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, especially under pressure
- Willingness to work in shifts and participate in offshore assignments as required
- Driver license and readiness to travel
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- AP/SAP credentials are preferred
- Fluent in English and Chinese
Your Tasks
- Execute and approve HV/MV switching operations including planning, documentation, and safety compliance
- Analyze alarms and faults; initiate remote troubleshooting and preventive actions
- Coordinate grid operations with WTG contractors, TSO, and internal Offshore Control Centers in Germany and Taiwan
- Manage curtailments, emergency shutdowns, outages, and associated notifications
- Submit or approve Permits to Work and enforce Electrical Safety Rules
- Maintain operational databases and support Safe System of Work procedures
- Provide technical support to field teams; participate in offshore interventions when required
- On/Offshore Substation Maintenance Work Planning and Execution, Troubleshooting, Improvements, and Documentation/Reporting
