We are seeking a dynamic Senior Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic HR partner to our growing Spanish organization. Reporting to the Director HR, EMEA, based in Munich, this role supports the implementation of global HR strategies while ensuring alignment with local business needs and labor regulations. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, aligning people management with business objectives and supporting initiatives across talent management, employer branding, performance, and organizational change - contributing to the company's continued evolution toward more integrated, solution- and service-oriented offerings and the cultural shift that underpins this transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to local leadership and management teams, translating business strategy into effective people initiatives.
  • Support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, and leadership decision-making through data-driven insights.
  • Drive performance management, skill development, and succession planning while identifying and mitigating talent risks in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
  • Support the recruitment activities from time to time which includes posting vacancies, processing, and filtering applications, organizing interviews and conducting reference checks
  • Build leadership and management capability to facilitate an open and inclusive environment that increases team member engagement
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters and ensure compliance with local employment legislation and company policies, staying current on regulatory changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of local employment law, HR best practices, change management, stakeholder management, and HR analytics.
  • Strategic and business-oriented mindset with strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative working skills.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • You are a passionate HR enthusiast with cross-cultural sensitivity
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • You're a respectful and skilled internal partner who appreciates communicating sensitively, tactfully, confidentially, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
