As part of the IT Department, we are seeking an intern to join our team. This is an international and dynamic team, with a key role in IT Applications & CRM Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Dynamics Support: Provide daily support for Dynamics users, addressing system issues as the first level of support within the EMEA local IT team.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with our Headquarters (HQ) IT team when higher-level technical assistance is required to resolve complex issues.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions for new employees to ensure effective use of Microsoft Dynamics and other IT systems.
- Change Management: Assist with small to medium-sized change requests. Work alongside the IT Application Manager to perform basic business analysis, define requirements based on business team feedback, and coordinate development efforts with HQ. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) until changes are successfully implemented.
- AI and various Automation Projects: as EMEA project leader / coordinator, help to develop and rollout AI and various Automation solutions to the EMEA region.
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or a related IT field.
- Fundamental understanding of IT concepts, data structures, software development theories, and software development lifecycle management.
- Previous experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics through internships or student jobs, especially in multinational companies, is advantageous.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, SAP BW) and SQL is beneficial. Experience with SAP ERP systems is also a plus.
- Has interest in AI Applications and willing to learn.
- Fluent in English, with Chinese language skills considered an advantage.
- Able to work 40 hours a week
