- Sicherstellung von IT-Security im Softwareentwicklungsprozess
- Integration von Sicherheitsanforderungen in den Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Überwachung der Einhaltung von IT-Sicherheitsstandards in der Softwareentwicklung
- Durchführung von Risikobewertungen für neue Softwareprojekte und geplante IT-Systeme
- Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Automatisierung von Softwareentwicklungsprozessen
- Unterstützung bei Code Reviews und Security Scanning im QA-Prozess
- Analyse und Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen im Energiehandel
- Planung und Umsetzung der Optimierung von Business-Workflows unter Berücksichtigung konzerninterner Systeme
- Übersetzung von Businessanforderungen in IT-Systemanforderungen oder Softwareentwicklungsanforderungen
- Planung und Dokumentation der Applikationslandschaft und Interfaces
- Unterstützung bei der Systemauswahl und Implementierung
- Integration von KI in Business-Workflows
Profil & Anforderungen
Aus- und Weiterbildung
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Energiewirtschaft oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
Fachliche Fähigkeiten/Knowhow
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in IT-Sicherheit, Secure Development Practices und Software-Testing
- Kenntnisse in Softwareentwicklung mit modernen Programmiersprachen (z. B. Python)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Docker- oder Kubernetes-Containern
- Vertrautheit mit Softwareentwicklungsmethoden (Agile, Waterfall)
- Fähigkeit, komplexe IT-Systeme und Business-Prozesse sowie deren Sicherheitsimplikationen zu verstehen
- Projektmanagement-Erfahrung, idealerweise mit Jira-Kenntnissen
Persönliche Fähigkeiten
- Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit über Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg
