Job Description

Are you looking for your first step into an international company and the renewable energy sector?

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented person who wants to grow with us. You don't need experience in wind energy - we will teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your organizational skills, and your ability to communicate in English.

The Global Tech Excellence Center supports technicians across all regions and ensures a fair and consistent performance review process worldwide.

As a GTEC Assistant, you will help coordinate technician support and assist with monthly performance processes. You will work closely with local managers, HR teams, and international colleagues to make sure everything runs smoothly.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, operations, and global collaboration.

Your qualifications

  • You speak English at least at B2 level (comfortable in daily communication)
  • You have around 1-2 years of professional experience (administration, HR, operations, customer support or similar)
  • You are detail-oriented and well organized
  • You are not afraid to ask questions and learn new systems
  • You enjoy working in an international environment

Nice to have (but not required):

  • Basic understanding of HR processes
  • Experience working with data, Excel, or ticketing systems

Your Role

  • Provide day-to-day support to technicians (via internal ticketing system)
  • Answer questions when possible and escalate more complex topics
  • Support monthly technician performance review processes
  • Validate and check data (including salary ranges and evaluation lists)
  • Assist with preparing reports and documentation
  • Cooperate with HR, Global Mobility, and Resource Management teams
