Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a team-player who wants to join the GWS in Poland to face the invoices, bills, scales and other challenges of finances, on the position of a Finance Accountant. You will work under limited supervision, cooperate with team of professionals and take responsibility for Your work.
Your responsibilities
- Processing purchase documents - including verification
- Business trips and employee expenses management
- Providing bank payments
- Resolving purchase and expense issues
- Issuing invoices based on info provided
- Working with ERP system and with other office software
- And many more if you wish to develop in any finance area
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage
- Accounting knowledge based on your education or previous employment
- Good English - you will use it on daily basis
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Experience in using ERP accounting systems
- Willingness to learn and develop already gained skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build good relationship
