Our O&M Business Line is looking for experienced O&M Manager to support our projects in Spain.
The O&M Manager is responsible for maintaining optimum operation by assigning workers, creating, and keeping work and production schedules to accomplish all the service agreements, established between Voltalia and their clients.
- Manage all human and required resources within a country where the PV plants are located;
- Oversee the technical teams, their performance and efficiency;
- Ensure that plants are working smoothly, quickly, efficiently, and safely;
- Comply with KPI's contractually defined with customers;
- Analyze and find solutions to technical issues that occur in a photovoltaic installation;
- Manage guarantees with suppliers;
- Comply with all company procedures and guidelines;
- Interact with construction warranty manager for the reporting and support of warranty issues;
- Work closely with other teams within the organization, including human resources, bid, sales, central operations, finance, legal and marketing, among other applicable;
- Support sales manager during contract negotiation on deliberating, creating, analyzing, and negotiating commercial contract terms;
- Be responsible and accountable for Profit and Losses.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Electrotechnical Engineering degree;
- At least 5 years of experience in similar functions in the renewable energy sector;
- Maintenance processes;
- Management;
- Medium Voltage and Power Electronics;
- Area of renewable energy (Solar, Wind, Hydroelectric energy or other);
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
