We are now looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who will help us continuously improve how we create value for our customers, in line with the Volue mission. This role is about supporting our commercial teams with clear processes, reliable data, and meaningful insights that make their day-to-day work easier and more effective. To do this well, you will work closely with colleagues across Sales, Finance, Marketing and leadership, building strong partnerships and contributing to a collaborative and supportive way of working.

What you will be doing to make a difference

  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end sales compensation process, ensuring accurate quota crediting, attainment tracking, accelerators, and payouts.
  • Model, test, and optimize compensation plans and scenarios, partnering closely with Sales Leadership and Finance to support fair and motivating incentive structures.
  • Act as a power user and contributor to Salesforce, maintaining data quality, automations, workflows, and reports that support efficient GTM execution.
  • Build and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards covering sales performance, compensation, forecasting, pipeline health, and productivity.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools (e.g. Copilot, Salesforce Einstein, Power BI Copilot) to automate calculations, data transformations, reporting, and insight generation.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and performance patterns to provide actionable insights for sales and leadership teams.
  • Improve and streamline sales and revenue operations processes, reducing manual effort and increasing scalability.
  • Support territory planning, quota setting, forecasting, and funnel analysis in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Enablement.
  • Proactively identify opportunities where automation and AI can improve decision-making and operational efficiency across GTM teams.

What you need to succeed

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Compensation Operations within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SaaS sales compensation models (ARR, renewals, expansions, usage-based, etc.).
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, workflows, and automation (admin-level skills or certification are a plus).
  • Solid experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and building advanced, scalable visualizations.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to automate workflows, analyze data, and generate business insights.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across Sales, Finance and Marketing.
  • High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and modeling.

Nice to have

  • Experience with compensation tools such as Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or Varicent.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data/query languages.
  • Experience applying AI in operational contexts (prompting, automation tools, process optimization).
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or BANT.
