Deine Aufgaben
- Betreuung bestehender Finanzierungen und Versicherungen unserer Energieanlagen
- Unterstützung und Begleitung des Finanzierungsprozesses von Neuprojekten
- Überwachung und Bearbeitung von Kredit - und Zinsabläufen sowie aktives Fristenmanagement
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Vertrags- und Informationspflichten gegenüber Banken, Versicherungen und Finanzinstituten
- Unterstützung bei der Überwachung und Erfüllung von Auszahlungsvoraussetzungen
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kreditmittelabrufen und Bürgschaftsmanagement
- Digitale Verwaltung, Pflege und Prüfung von Finanzierungs- und Versicherungsdokumenten
- Abwicklung von Schadensmeldungen
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung eines Reportings für das Finanzierungsportfolio
Deine Voraussetzungen
- Lust, in einem nachhaltigen Unternehmen aktiv an der Energiewende mitzuwirken
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Bankwesen, Versicherung oder Finance, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Finanzierungs- oder Versicherungsgeschäft
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit Teamgeist
