Another significant project is at Bard College, where Brightcore is replacing fossil fuel-fired heating and cooling systems in key campus buildings, with construction commencing in early 2024 (source: businesswire.com). The company has secured a five-year contract with the New York Power Authority (NYPA) to deliver lighting and control retrofits across New York State, showcasing its capability to handle large-scale projects (source: cbinsights.com).
