Job Description

At our city-centre office in Szczecin, we are looking for a Process Manager - Business Process Excellence to drive process optimisation and transformation across the organisation. In this role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, improve operational efficiency, standardise processes, and support continuous improvement in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Process Improvement Initiatives leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and digital tools.
  • Drive Standardization: Develop and implement standardized global processes across IT, and other functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Enable Digital Transformation: Partner with IT and business leads to streamline workflows and deploy automation, analytics, and process mining tools.
  • Change Leadership: Serve as a champion for change, driving cultural adoption of continuous improvement across business units and geographies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with executive and operational leaders to ensure alignment, prioritize initiatives, and measure impact.
  • Work with key stakeholders to drive and sustain process changes.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent English skills
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement, transformation, or operational excellence roles, preferably in global or matrixed organizations.
  • Knowledge on Information Technology way of working is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and business process management.
  • Understanding of ITIL and/or other IT standards is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in driving standardization and digital process transformation.
  • Excellent communication and great human skills
  • Experience in working with D365 and other BI systems is preferred
  • Pro-active, self-motivated and able to work with respect to deadlines
  • Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and change management skills.
  • Experience working in or with the renewable energy or related industrial sectors is a plus.
