Job Description
KK-Group Cooling Czech, a member of the A.P. Møller Group, is a leading Danish manufacturer of cooling systems for the wind energy sector and other industrial industries. For our growing team we are looking for a new colleague for the position of:Solution Lead
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the technical relationship with key customers and act as their primary technical contact
- Analyze customer systems and identify cooling requirements and technical opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the Key Account Manager on account strategy and technical planning
- Create and maintain system schematics and technical documentation to understand customer machine architectures
- Support the sales funnel and RFQ process, including requirement analysis and preparation of technical proposals
- Facilitate technical discussions, workshops, and visits with customers
- Coordinate with Product Owners and R&D to ensure solutions fit customer systems and technology roadmaps
- Monitor market trends, competitor landscape, and segment innovations
- Participate in customer meetings, technical workshops, and industry fairs
Our requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
- Ideally 2-10 years of relevant industry experience
Knowledge of thermodynamics and mechanical systems; experience with system solution design is a plus - Ability to combine technical expertise with commercial thinking
- Experience with APQP is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, ERP systems (e.g., AX/D365); experience with CAD software is beneficial
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Structured and proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership - Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work across teams
- Fluent English (spoken and written); additional international language is an advantage
- Willingness to travel approximately 20-30 days per year
