Wewise est un acteur de référence en France dédié aux énergies renouvelables, au solaire photovoltaïque et à la gestion des systèmes énergétiques. Votre quotidien chez Solewa
Intégré(e) au Service Travaux et après un parcours de formation interne vous ferez équipe avec les conducteurs et conductrices de travaux déjà en poste et les assistantes travaux.
Votre mission :
- Réaliser les métrés, la préparation et la coordination de chantiers (Relation Clients, AMO, AMOE) pour des chantiers d'installations photovoltaïques en Injection, Autoconsommation ou bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques
- Faire respecter les normes et procédures internes par vos équipes ou les éventuels sous-traitants.
- Sécuriser vos équipes et l'entreprise en rédigeant les Plans de Prévention avec l'aide du responsable sécurité si besoin et réaliser régulièrement des visites de chantiers
- Accompagner votre client du métré à la mise en service en assurant une communication fluide
- Réaliser le suivi technique et financier de vos affaires
- Certifier et piloter la sous-traitance éventuelle
Et vous ?
- Vous disposez d'une première expérience en conduite de travaux TCE
- Rigoureux(se), organisé(e), et force de proposition vous être un(e) manager exigeant mais humain
- Autonome, Positif(ve) et Dynamique vous saurez faire le lien entre vos équipes et la Direction
- Le Pack Office et les outils digitaux sont votre quotidien. La connaissance d'ERP serait un plus.
