Als Lean Architekt (m/w/d) hast Du eine zentrale Rolle innerhalb des Lean Processes Teams als Teil des internationalen Lean Administration Programms von ENERCON. Du wirst unsere Abteilungen weltweit dabei unterstützen, effiziente Arbeitsmethoden zu etablieren und nachhaltige Prozessoptimierungen umzusetzen. Die Stelle kann an jedem ENERCON Standort in Deutschland besetzt werden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Beratung und Unterstützung der Abteilungen bei der Einführung effizienter Arbeitsmethoden und optimierter Verwaltungsprozesse
  • Schaffung und Umsetzung von Standards innerhalb der Abteilungen, um eine effektive Aufgabenerledigung zu gewährleisten
  • Durchführung von abteilungs- und teamübergreifenden Analysen als Grundlage für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen
  • Coaching von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften zu schlanken Arbeitsmethoden
  • Durchführung von Schulungen zu Lean Administration und Einarbeitung neuer Kollegen in das Lean-Team Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung einer Unternehmenskultur, die nach kontinuierlicher Verbesserung strebt und die Lean-Prinzipien einbezieht

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in einem technischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Lean Management
  • Kenntnisse in Prozessanalyse, Prozessoptimierung oder Lean-Methoden
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Durchführung von Workshops und Coachings
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Offenheit für neue Ideen und Arbeitsweisen
