Dans le cadre du développement de Verkor, et alors même que notre Gigafactory démarre ses activités à Bourbourg, nous recrutons un(e) Responsable Maintenance pour notre site pilote : le Verkor Innovation Center (VIC), situé à Grenoble. Ce centre technologique est au cœur de notre stratégie d'innovation et de montée en compétences industrielles.

Mission principale

Assurer la disponibilité, la fiabilité et la performance des équipements de production au sein de l'UAP, tout en garantissant la sécurité des personnes et la conformité réglementaire. Le Manager Maintenance est un acteur clé de l'amélioration continue et de la performance industrielle.

Vos responsabilités

  • Gestion opérationnelle de la maintenance
    • Organiser, planifier et superviser les interventions préventives et curatives
    • Piloter les indicateurs de performance (MTBF, MTTR, taux de disponibilité)
    • Assurer la traçabilité des interventions via la GMAO
  • Management d'équipe
    • Encadrer et animer une équipe de techniciens de maintenance
    • Développer les compétences techniques et comportementales
    • Garantir un climat de travail collaboratif et motivant
  • Amélioration continue
    • Participer aux projets d'optimisation des équipements et des processus
    • Contribuer à la mise en place de standards de maintenance
    • Analyser les pannes récurrentes et proposer des actions correctives
  • Sécurité et conformité
    • Veiller au respect des consignes de sécurité et des normes environnementales
    • Assurer la conformité réglementaire des installations techniques
    • Participer aux audits internes et externes
  • Interface technique
    • Collaborer avec les équipes production, qualité et méthodes
    • Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs et prestataires externes
    • Participer aux investissements et à la réception des nouveaux équipements

Profil recherché

  • Formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 en maintenance industrielle, génie mécanique ou électrotechnique
  • Expérience significative en management d'équipe maintenance en milieu industriel
  • Maîtrise des outils de GMAO et des méthodologies d'amélioration continue
  • Connaissances en automatisme, électricité, mécanique, hydraulique seraient un plus
  • Leadership, sens de l'organisation, réactivité et esprit d'analyse
  • Horaires : journée ou posté selon organisation de l'UAP
