Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben bei uns

  • Du berätst als Teil der Rechtsabteilung eigenverantwortlich die Projektentwicklung in allen rechtlichen Fragestellungen der Planung, Entwicklung und Realisierung von Wind-, Solar- und Batteriespeicherprojekten in Deutschland
  • Deine Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte liegen im zivilrechtlichen und wirtschaftsrechtlichen Bereich
  • Du unterstützt die Projektentwicklung vor allem bei Fragestellungen im Vertragsrecht, im Recht der erneuerbaren Energien (EEG) sowie im Planungs-, Genehmigungs- und Umweltrecht

Dein Profil

  • Du bist Volljurist (m/w/d) mit überdurchschnittlichen Examina und dem Antrieb, dich für die Energiewende zu engagieren
  • Du bringst Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge mit und hast Freude am interdisziplinären Arbeiten mit unterschiedlichen Abteilungen
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist kommunikativ, verantwortungsvoll, selbstständig und ergebnisorientiert
