YOUR MISSIONS
The QA/QC Global Coordinator is responsible to provide support to the C&E team, coordinating the QA/QC at project level, under orientation of the Quality Operations Manager and adequate the QC/QA plan in several DEV/IPP plant projects.
The main responsibilities include:
- Elaborate or support the elaboration of the Quality Management Plan and ITP's procedures and checklists used to inspect the quality of the work executed to ensure meeting client requirements;
- Support the implementation and improvements for the quality processes, procedures and KPIS to give visibility of quality performance;
- Perform quality visits to ensure the good care of quality records such as inspection records, photo reports, RFI, test reports, certificates, etc, in compliance with standards and client's requirements;
- Ability to follow and track several projects regarding Quality management implementation status up to date and planning resources needed to accomplish the milestones;
- Give advice on trend targets for non-conformities management;
- Monitor compliance with quality procedures;
- Ensure the fulfilment of the Quality Protocols when carrying out the activities complying with the defined in the Inspection and Testing Plan;
- Guarantee the adequate establishment of internal document control and with the client;
- Provide Training for the project team regarding quality in projects;
Comply, Promote and Supervise the correct implementation of good practices, legal, Health, Safety and Environmental requirements;
- Consolidate all relevant information, for the regular meetings and for the REX meetings;
- Ensure the implementation and development of the quality KPIs and tools.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering in related fields such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, or a similar discipline;
- Proven experience on Renewables projects;
- Knowledge in projects' quality;
- Familiar with performance indicators;
- Operational technical expertise;
- Proficient in MS Office, including MSproject;
- English proficiency (mandatory); French is considered a plus.
