Requirements
- Project Management: Ability to lead either lump-sum and/or hourly rate projects efficiently from start to finish by fulfilling compliance with local legislation and customer requirements.
- Compliance: Adhere to local immigration, tax and employment laws, alongside customers local requirements.
- Safety Leadership: Promote a strong HSEQ culture and support in delivering our "New Tomorrow" initiatives.
- Adaptability: Implement necessary changes for project and company growth.
- Customer Focus: Manage relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Site Leadership: Conduct pre-start inspections and maintain regular on-site presence.
- Resource Planning: Allocate equipment and manpower effectively.
- Documentation: Prepare, update and maintain all project records.
- Performance Monitoring: Track progress, manage budgets, and report outcomes.
- Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to boost project revenue in collaboration with Sales.
- Team Leadership: Build and guide a high-performing project team.

Qualifications
- Technical Know-How: Knowledge of wind turbines and direct management experience is highly preferred.
- Travel Ready: Willingness to travel to project sites, with an expected 25% travel requirement. It is vital that you maintain a presence at the project site and have a proactive and solution-oriented attitude to our projects and begin each day with a focus on safety. You shall expect up to 50 days of travel per year.
- Strong Communicator: Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively at all levels.
- Detail-Oriented: Capable of juggling multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
- Problem Solver: Solution-oriented, flexible, and a self-starter who thrives on teamwork and collaboration.
