About the role & the team
In this role, you'll join our IT department, reporting directly to our CIO, Robert. As our first in-house Integration Specialist, you'll play a key role in connecting business-critical systems and reducing today's reliance on external consultants.
This is a unique chance to shape and build our integration capability from the ground. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization, gaining a deep understanding of our business flows. With short decision-making paths and a flat structure, you'll have both the mandate and the trust to make a real impact.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop integration solutions using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Optimize integration processes for performance and scalability.
- Document integration solutions and provide training to end-users and team members.
- Stay updated with the latest Azure technologies and best practices.

Are we a match?
- We're looking for you who have...
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience as an Integration Developer, with a focus on Azure services.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid).
- Proficiency one or more programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other web services.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines).
- Bonus points if you:
- Have a Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate).
- Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
