Deine Position

  • Gemeinsame Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des gesamten Rechnungswesens der Gruppe zusammen mit der VP Accounting und dem Team
  • Selbständige Betreuung unserer Partner in allen buchhalterischen Fragestellungen
  • Zeitgerechte Verbuchung und Verarbeitung des Tagesgeschäfts inklusive Debitoren, Kreditoren, Bank und Abgrenzungen
  • Prüfung von Rechnungen sowie Kontrolle von Zahlungsvorgängen
  • Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen sowie Mitwirkung bei Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen inklusive Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Auswertungen

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung idealerweise als Steuerfachangestellte:r oder Bilanzbuchhalter:in
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bilanzbuchhaltung sowie idealerweise in der Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in DATEV und MS Excel
  • Präzise, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit Freude an der Weiterentwicklung digitaler Prozesse
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
