Position
We're on the lookout for a Sales Support Specialist who will be the driving force behind our international sales team. If you're someone with an unwavering go-getter attitude, you are customer centric and have a passion for making things happen, this role is tailor-made for you.
Your role is pivotal in elevating our sales team and supporting them throughout the full sales journey. You will be collaborating across departments, break barriers, and be the go-to person for your sales colleagues and other key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- You are the main point of contact for the local & international sales team, supporting them throughout the full Order & Sales Process
- You support the Sales Team by drafting proposals & quotations for both existing and new potential partners & commercial end-customers.
- You master the CRM system, placing customer orders, following up on leads & maintaining high data hygiene standards
- You collaborate with the Supply Chain & Warehouse team to champion order fulfillment, seamless transport, and strategic prioritization
- You are the global connection point for Smappee Partners, handling incoming calls and emails with professionality, directing them to the right experts where needed
- You own the aftercare process, building lasting relationships with our key partners alongside the sales team.
Requirements
- You bring relevant experience in an administrative or project-oriented role and/or hold a bachelor's degree.
- You are tech savvy; prior experience with CRM software and/or ticketing systems are a plus.
- You are multilingual in Dutch, English and French; bonus points for German and beyond.
- You thrive in a flexible environment, where your independence and problem-solving skills shine.
