Job Description
Eolus is a leading renewable energy project developer in Europe, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Since 1990, we have been developing renewable energy projects and are now active in wind power, solar power, and battery storage across Europe and North America.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established company within renewable energy in a key role to make a real impact working with exciting large scale infrastructure projects. Your role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take the lead in driving large and complex renewable energy projects forward. Working closely with a dedicated and experienced team, you will be responsible for ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities cover the full development cycle, from signing land agreements to preparing construction-ready projects. You will collaborate with specialists across the organization in areas such as technology & engineering, legal affairs, wind analysis, and finance, ensuring a well-rounded and effective project approach.
The role also includes engaging with local authorities and participating in public consultations with community residents. We are looking for someone with proven hands-on experience in managing these types of stakeholder interactions, someone who values transparent dialogue and understands the importance of aligning projects with both regulatory requirements and local community needs.
You will
- Conduct project planning, budgeting and risk management of multiple projects.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to conduct wind measurements, design optimization, environmental impact assessments, electrical grid evaluation and spatial planning.
- Ensure professional and progressive communication with land owners, municipalities, local communities, grid companies and other similar stakeholders.
Your experience
- Have a relevant university degree in engineering, energy, or a similar field.
- Have at least 8+ years of experience in project management within renewable energy.
- Experience from commercial processes of energy projects in Poland.
- Have long experience conducting dialogues and collaborating with various types of stakeholders.
- Have the ability to work fluently in both Polish and English.
