Im Zuge unseres kontinuierlichen Wachstums suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres HR-Teams eine Teamassistenz (all genders) in Teilzeit für unsere Standorte München oder Bendorf.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du erledigst eigenständig den Büroalltag und unterstützt das Team sowie die Geschäftsführung bei allen organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben
  • Du bearbeitest vorausschauend und selbstständig die Korrespondenz mit internen und externen Geschäftspartnern
  • Du vereinbarst, koordinierst und überwachst Termine
  • Du organisierst und betreust Veranstaltungen und Meetings
  • Du erledigst eigenverantwortlich und proaktiv die Geschäftspost in Deutsch und Englisch sowie alle Assistenzaufgaben, einschließlich Reiseplanung und -abrechnung
