You will play an important role in
- Building strong partnerships to support business objectives and leverage HR programs and services within your assigned functions;

To succeed in this position, you need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field, with a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience;
- Proven experience in human resources management;
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide sound guidance and support decision-making;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in both French and English (spoken and written);
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities;
- Solid organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to create meaning and alignment;
- Demonstrated rigour, creativity, and empathy;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities;
- Strong analytical skills combined with an innovative mindset;
- Willingness and ability to travel to sites in both Canada and the United States.
The expected annual base salary range for this position is $100 000.00 to $120 000.000. Compensation at Boralex is determined in accordance with internal policies and business requirements, taking into account factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
This range represents the anticipated minimum and maximum base salary for the position at the applicable work location and does not guarantee compensation. Total compensation may include eligibility for an annual Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) and other benefits, in accordance with applicable plans and policies.
