Job Description

GOLDBECK SOLAR is a leading provider of turnkey solar systems on commercial roofs and ground mounted utility scale PV power plants. With our team of dedicated employees, we develop, plan, build, operate and finance photovoltaic systems in Germany, Europe and worldwide - tailor-made with a standardized approach.

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in Poland. In this role, you will act as the local IT contact person, handling IT incidents and requests, supporting onboarding and offboarding, and managing IT assets and licenses.

You will also support users through trainings and documentation, serving as a key interface between business departments and IT.

Tasks

  • act as the local IT contact person and main interface between business departments and IT,
  • process, coordinate, and escalate IT incidents and service requests,
  • prepare and configure laptops, including hardware setup and provisioning (onboarding & offboarding),
  • manage IT licenses and assets, including lifecycle management,
  • support end users through trainings, user guidance, and technical support,
  • create and maintain IT documentation, instructions, and technical communications.

Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar IT support role,
  • good knowledge of M365 and Windows client administration,
  • experience in IT incidents and service request handling,
  • basic knowledge of IT asset and license management,
  • good English communication skills (spoken and written),
  • strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset,
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team,
  • hands-on and flexible working style,
  • experience in user training, documentation, and technical communication is a plus.
