Join the Lifecycle Data Operations Centre of Excellence (CoE) as the Service Plan Delivery Lead and take a pivotal role in orchestrating the end-to-end planning, scheduling, and delivery of scalable Service Plan content across Wärtsilä.
This strategic position is central to the newly established Service Plan Factory model, enabling industrialised, high-quality lifecycle services and supporting the company's digital transformation and customer-centric ambitions.
The preferred location for this permanent position is Vaasa or Helsinki, Finland. Turku, Finland and other main Wärtsilä office locations in Europe can also be considered. Due to limitation outlined by data processing guidelines, locations outside of Europe can't be accepted for the roles. In line with our hybrid work model, you will be able to work partially remotely.
You will be responsible for
- Leading the Service Plans Operations from initial scope definition via production flow through to deployment (Service Plan Factory).
- Ensuring seamless collaboration between experts, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Managing the planning and throughput of the Service Plan Factory.
- Maintaining visibility on production status and bottlenecks.
- Proactively managing and removing any obstacles or bottlenecks in the flow.
- Ensuring that all activities align with commercial, operational, and strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate must possess these skills and capabilities
- Strong experience in leading end-to-end production or delivery processes, ideally in a technical or service-related environment.
- Ability to manage planning, scheduling, and throughput of complex operational workflows, in a structured, industrialised operating model.
- Proven capability to coordinate cross-functional teams, experts, and external partners.
- Skilled in maintaining visibility of production status, identifying bottlenecks, and driving resolution.
- Competence in aligning operational activities with commercial, strategic, and operational objectives.
- Familiarity with parts and service operations, as-maintained digital twin and data-driven service delivery environments is beneficial.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, leadership and their teams, and Partners to participate in the Service Plan Factory.
