Das Gehaltspaket

  • Fixum: Sicheres Grundgehalt zwischen 2.800 € und 4.500 € Brutto (je nach Erfahrung).
  • Prämien-Turbo: Durch unsere Montage-Boni ist ein Monatsverdienst von bis zu 7.000 € Brutto absolut realistisch.
  • Mobilität: Dein Team (3 Personen) hat zwei voll ausgestattete Fahrzeuge. Privatnutzung (1%-Regelung) nach der Probezeit möglich.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Zukunft bauen: Demontage alter Anlagen und fachgerechte Montage innovativer Wärmepumpen.
  • Qualität im Fokus: Verrohrung vom Außengerät bis zum Heizraum und Montage der Hydraulik nach Schema.
  • Feinschliff: Befüllen der Anlage, Installation von Weichwasseranlagen sowie Inbetriebnahme der Regeltechnik.
  • Übergabe: Einweisung unserer Kunden in ihr neues, nachhaltiges System.

Das sind NICHT deine Aufgaben

  • KEIN mühsames Schleppen (wir nutzen moderne Hilfsmittel).
  • KEINE Großbaustellen oder Subunternehmer-Chaos.
  • KEIN Material-Stress (Ware holen/bestellen übernehmen andere).
  • KEIN Papierkram (kein Aufmaß, keine Baustellenmappen).

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Du bist gelernter Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Gas-/Wasserinstallateur oder Heizungsbauer.
  • Erfahrung: Du hast Routine im Anlagenbau und arbeitest gerne eigenständig.
  • Teamgeist: Du hast Lust auf ein festes 3er-Team, in dem man sich aufeinander verlassen kann.
  • Must-haves: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast einen Führerschein Klasse B.
  • Einstellung: Du hast Lust auf saubere Arbeit und echte Mitsprache im Team.
