Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Sales support (customer / contract / business acquisition, etc.)
  • Active customer visits and execution of customer negotiations, if the National PSE is properly trained
  • Supporting market launch of new systems / projects
  • Preparing / making offers for standard key systems, configuration examples in coordination with PSM International
  • Planning, creating and implementation of product promotion activities
  • Preparing and taking technical presentations and training documents
  • Cooperation to generate sales and contracts in coordination with VSP team
  • Cooperation to gain technical and commercial OK-point for Key Systems and Projects
  • Building-up and maintaining a network (of experience) with the VSP team and PSM International
  • Input / feedback to market data, product response, improvements
  • Continuous review and documentation of achieved targets
  • Execute KPI??s, which is defined from Fronius International and propose KPI??s for the national market
  • Regular meetings plus reporting with PSM International in global collaboration tool
  • Support in target and revenue planning
  • Arrange annual business plan together with PSM International
  • Resource planning and forecast for the respective subsidiary
