The Purpose

In this role, you will be part of our Global Service organization within the After Sales Engineering department. As an integral contributor to our global After Sales business, you will drive the development of selected After Sales products with a strong focus on Cyber Security. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance our service portfolio, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of cyber resilience and customer value. This position reports directly to the Director After Sales Engineering.

Your Tasks

  • Develop and enhance After Sales products with a focus on Cyber Security.
  • Collaborate with Global Engineering, service operations, product management, and external partners to define and implement product requirements.
  • Lead technical concept development for Cyber Security features within the After Sales portfolio.
  • Support global After Sales teams with expertise, documentation, and training related to Cyber Security solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Cyber Security standards as NIS2 and regulations across product lifecycle stages.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product performance and protect customer environments.
  • Participate in risk assessments and support root-cause analysis related to security incidents.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging Cyber Security technologies to inspire product innovation.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related technical field.
  • Professional experience in product development, After Sales engineering, or Cyber Security engineering.
  • Strong understanding of Cyber Security principles, standards, and best practices.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into market-ready service products.
  • Experience in a global, cross‑functional environment is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
