We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team in Poland and play a key role in evaluating investments, structuring financing, and supporting M&A processes in a fast-growing market.

You will play a key role in supporting our teams by delivering comprehensive financial analysis that enables clear, data-driven decision-making.

What you will work on

  • Build and maintain financial models for project finance and M&A transactions
  • Support financing processes, including lender interactions and due diligence
  • Analyse project profitability (DCF, IRR, NPV, LCOE) and prepare investment cases
  • Prepare clear financial and business overviews for internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to market analysis across Poland and the Baltics (pricing, PPAs, support schemes)
  • Collaborate with technical, legal, and commercial teams to gather inputs for models and decisions

What describes you

  • Strong financial modelling skills in Excel, including building models from scratch and performing scenario and sensitivity analysis
  • Experience with project finance and/or M&A processes, including exposure to due diligence
  • Solid understanding of valuation methodologies and investment analysis
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and presentations
  • Structured, detail-oriented approach with a high level of ownership
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities

Nice to have

  • Experience in renewable energy projects (solar, wind, BESS)
  • Understanding of project finance structures and bankability requirements
  • Familiarity with Polish energy market, including PPAs and support schemes
  • VBA or automation skills

What we offer

  • Support for your wellbeing, inside and outside work - private medical care, co-financing of the Multisport sports card, and access to mental health counselling and coaching sessions via the Siffi platform
  • Time to rest and reset - additional vacation days when you need extra time to recharge
  • Room to grow professionally - meaningful, hands-on challenges and a dedicated training budget for courses, certifications, and conferences, alongside internal learning opportunities to support your development
  • Work that contributes to the energy transition - you will be part of a team building and scaling renewable energy across the region, working on projects that support a more sustainable energy system

If you are excited about contributing to the renewable energy sector, we would love to hear from you! We review applications on an ongoing basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
