Join our dynamic Operations and Maintenance team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of photovoltaic parks while utilising your analytical skills and attention to detail to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role is night shift based, with working hours from 16:30 to 01:00 (early shift) or from 00:30 to 09:00 (late shift).

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and troubleshooting of photovoltaic parks and off-grid systems
  • Communication in Czech and English regarding the status of all our power plants, liaising with service technicians, external clients, distribution system operators, and mobile network providers
  • Assigning priority levels to individual incidents in line with internal processes
  • Coordinating and managing service technicians during their service activities
  • Processing and entering incident data into our internal system
  • Data analysis and reporting - preparing reports on resolved incidents for our customers
  • Testing new systems

Qualifications and Experience

  • Willingness to work on a shift pattern
  • Ability to organise work priorities and strong multitasking skills - you will often handle multiple incidents simultaneously
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Punctuality, reliability and willingness to learn
  • Czech and English at a communicative level - you will be in regular contact with colleagues abroad and will actively use both languages on a daily basis
