Hledáme technicky orientované a analyticky uvažující kolegy, kteří chtějí pracovat v prostředí moderních technologií a přispívat k rozvoji obnovitelných zdrojů energie.
V rámci rozšiřování našich služeb zavádíme nepřetržitý monitoring 24/7, a proto hledáme nové členy týmu pro noční provoz. Vaším úkolem bude dohlížet na provozní data, identifikovat odchylky a podporovat stabilitu a výkon elektráren.
Noční směny probíhají v těchto časech: 16:30 - 01:00 hod. nebo 00:30 - 09:00 hod.

Náplň práce
- Monitorování provozu solárních elektráren a aktivní řešení vzniklých poruch či odchylek
- Komunikace o dění na elektrárnách v Česku i v zahraničí - převážně telefonicky, ale i e-mailem v češtině a angličtině - s našimi techniky, externími klienty, provozovateli distribučních soustav a s mobilními operátory
- Vyhodnocování závažnosti incidentů a jejich správně přiřazení podle interních procesů a priorit
- Koordinace servisních techniků během jejich zásahů a servisních činností v terénu
- Zpracování a zadávání dat o jednotlivých incidentech do našeho interního systému
- Analýza provozních dat a příprava reportů o vyřešených událostech pro naše zákazníky

- Ochotu pracovat ve směnném provozu v časech 16:30 - 01:00 hod. nebo 00:30 - 09:00 hod.
- Schopnost efektivně si organizovat práci a určovat priority - často budete řešit více incidentů současně
- Odolnost vůči stresu a schopnost zachovat klid i v náročnějších situacích
- Komunikativní znalost češtiny i angličtiny pro každodenní komunikaci s kolegy a partnery v zahraničí
- Spolehlivost, chuť učit se nové věci a skutečný zájem o oblast moderní energetiky a technologií
