We are currently looking for a Wind Turbine Electrical Technician, whose mission will be to carry out cable routing, termination, and connections, as well as final electrical finishing works, in accordance with technical documentation and safety standards

Your qualifications

  • Ability to use manual and power tools
  • Good knowledge of electrical systems and components
  • Safety training
  • Knowledge and application of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
  • Proficiency in using a multimeter and diagnostic tools
  • Proven experience in cable routing and termination
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
  • Valid driver's license

Your Role

  • Perform cabling works at foundation level after base tower installation, including grounding cables
  • Carry out cable termination in the nacelle and at ground level after transformer station (CT) installation
  • Connect CMS systems, external lighting, aviation lights (Avi Light) at the CT and tower sections, as well as other wind turbine (WTG) options
  • Perform interlock connections, when applicable
  • Install cable trays and protective systems
  • Install UPS units, lighting panels, and grounding controllers
  • Route and secure HV/LV cables throughout the entire wind turbine (WTG)
  • Terminate cables throughout the WTG according to technical manuals and conductor lists
